Algebra I ("B" or better), Saxon diagnostic test or written Tutor approval. Students who have not received at least a "B" in Algebra I will find this course too difficult.

Covers uniform motion problems, chemistry-related problems, simultaneous equations (systems of equations) in 2 and 3 variables, non-linear equations, geometry, trigonometry, rectangular and polar coordinates, addition of vectors, imaginary and complex numbers, the quadratic formula, and extensive word problems.
