Come and enjoy the fun and freedom of cartooning. This class will cover a wide range of projects. Time will be spent studying cartoonists and their art form, including, but not limited to works from Charles Schultz and Walt Disney. While participating in this class students will create their own characters and the worlds they live in. This experience will bring many art mediums to use: acrylic, water colors, pastels, pen and ink, clay, charcoal and many more. Students will also explore the illustration of children’s and comic books.
