Mr. Membrez for $50.00. Rental fee must be paid before
CD's can be released to students when classes begin.
$25.00 of this fee will be returned if all CD's are returned
by the last day of class in good and reusable condition.
Write a separate check for $50.00 to Greg Membrez with
"CD Rental" in the memo line, due with your course
registration. Bring check with you to Class One in order to
receive CD's; CD's cannot be received without payment.
