The Academy 2011 Fall & 2012 Spring Schedule

• Fall 2011 Schedule: Monday September 12 through Monday December 19, 2011

• Spring 2012 Schedule: Monday January 16 through Monday April 23, 2012

• This schedule is subject to revision at any time up to the first day of classes each semester.

• TARGET GRADES: Watch carefully for - and adhere to - Target Grades.  They are designed for student ease in sequencing into other Academy classes.

MONDAY MIDDLE SCHOOL ACADEMY

• is especially designed for students in 5th - 8th/9th grades.  

• provides an atmosphere and classes that are devoted to this age level of students as a gentle way to introduce them to the classroom setting and more formal academic endeavors.  

• offers courses with high standards and expectations to match the rigors of all of The Academy courses.

KEY: 

• (F) = one semester middle, junior or senior high school courses offered Fall Semester

• (S) = one semester middle, junior or senior high school courses offered Spring Semester

• Full Year Course = course that runs for the full year, fall and spring semesters; mid-year entry is by tutor approval only on a case-by-case basis

• PSEO COURSE  - college courses offered for qualified PSEO students (and other post high school students as approved by the college.) 

• Orange Boxes = PSEO courses offered Fall Semester - also indicated as (FALL) 

• Green Boxes = PSEO courses offered Spring Semester - also indicated as (SPR).

• "Pending" = course are tentatively scheduled, but are pending final approval by tutor, college, or schedule.

• These course schedules  are confirmed for 2011-12

  the course is being offered so it does not conflict with other desired courses
