Mr.
Dave Racer, M.Litt.
is a 40-year veteran of both elective politics and grass roots activism. He served as National Campaign Manager for Alan Keyes for President, 1996, and is a four-time Republican endorsed candidate for the Minnesota Legislature. He has served as a campaign consultant to gubernatorial and state legislative campaigns, and in numerous political party capacities. He is the current Chairman of the Declaration Project, and has served as President and Chairman of The Constitutional Education Foundation, and founding president of The Declaration Foundation. He has authored and published
25 books, including
American Christians and Government. Mr. Racer is a lay preacher, a motivational speaker and
has home educated his five children.
